Bookings: Bookings shall be made directly with the agent who acts on behalf of the owner.

Prices: The prices stated are the net prices . No additional booking fee's will be added.

Payment: The rental fee is $890 or €720 or 6,800 SEK or L485 per week . The currency used is subject to prior agreement between the agent . Upon receipt of a Pro-forma Invoice , the tenant shall make a reservation deposit of 25% to confirm the booking. The remainder shall be received into the agent’s nominated account no later then 40days before the agreed date of arrival. Payment should be made by bank transfer and arrive in the agents account no later then 40days before the agreed date of arrival. All bank charges of both the beneficiary (agent) and applicant (tenant) are to be paid by the applicant (tenant)

Rental week: The rent week starts at 15:00 on Saturday and finishes on the following Saturday at 09:00am.

Cancellation: On cancellation earlier then the 40th day prior to the agreed date of arrival , the agent will retain the advance payment. It is therefore advised that insurance is taken out by the renter to cover for the loss of deposit in the event of illness , industrial disputes effecting hire car , flights , ferries etc or any other circumstances which may result in the cancellation of the rental.

Liability: The tenant shall be liable for any damage to the property , grounds , gardens , furniture and fittings during the rental. Any damage caused by the tenant or his/her guests shall be paid for by the tenant prior to the end of the agreed rental period. A $100 or 1,000 Swedish Crowns deposit will be required at the time of collecting the keys from the agent or representative of the agent.
A short guide & introduction to the house will be given by the agent or his representative. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the keys and subject to an inspection of the property at the end of the agreed rental period , with the agent or their appointed representative.

Sandviken Hill , its agents or Owners accept no liability for personal injury caused to the tenants or guests during their stay.

Cleaning: Although the house will be cleaned in advance of your arrival , we would respectfully ask that you leave the house in a clean state.

Not included: The tenant shall bring his/her own towels and bed linen. For those guests coming to the house by airplane or boat , bed linen and towels can be rented for the duration of the rental for 200 Swedish Crowns (irrespective of the number of people or duration).

Included: Electricity , oil , firewood ,

Other: Any agreement to rent the house is made solely between the agent “Sandviken Ltd” and the tenant. Any data shown regarding the house is based on information provided by the owner. On booking always check the accuracy of that information.

Smokers unwelcome. If you intend to bring pets, please contact us in advance of booking.

Please note : In case of allergies , be aware that we are dog and rabbit owners therefore dog and rabbit hairs can be found within the house therefore possibly causing an allergic reaction. If in doubt , please contact us for confirmation or further questions regards the house and local amenities.
